Glory and decadence, literature and perversion, artistic planes that intertwine between eternity and situationism, grotesque and visionary, fiction and truth, baroque and contemporary, criticism and provocation, strong in an allusive imagery and an "open" and highly ritualistic performative dimension without ever fixed rules. A visual identity decidedly out of the ordinary and a sound horizon that receives the impulses erupted from the bottom of the Capitoline underground, between psychedelia, noise, avant rock and a strong taste for performance which also finds its raison d'être in the interaction with the public. Salò have existed for a few years but their ever-changing live performances remain a rarity on special occasions and their project is one of the most enjoyable and original born in Italy in recent times. Inside them more or less occult eminences from the "East Rome scene" - Toni Cutrone/Mai Mai Mai, Giacomo Mancini, Cosimo Damiano and the artist Emilano Maggi, also author of the beautiful (and always different) "stage" costumes.
